On 24 October 2026 the Steam API still said a 64-bit processor and operating system are required, and that OS, processor, graphics and sound card are TBD.
I read the pc_requirements block in the appdetails JSON that day. Both blocks require a 64-bit processor and OS; the minimum block also lists OS, processor, graphics and sound as TBD. I did not find an official install size.
Official versus one dated estimate
Turtle Beach published an editorial test on 23 February 2026: about 35 GB, 16 GB of RAM, a GTX 960 or Radeon R9 380, and an Intel i5 or Ryzen 5000-class CPU. That is one outlet’s test, not a Valve sheet.
Other pages claim up to 60 GB. We could not tie that number to a dated primary source, so it stays a rumour.

How big is Deadlock?
Valve has not published an install size. A 60 GB figure circulates without a dated primary source, so this page does not treat it as fact.
Can my PC run it?
There is no official CPU or GPU bar yet. Use the dated Turtle Beach estimate below only as a community test, not as Valve’s spec.
Does it need 64-bit Windows?
The store says a 64-bit processor and OS are required. The platform flag is Windows only.
